Tips For Quickly Install Your Stick Water Pump And Simply Use It

• Can the water pump be used in saltwater?

  The Stick Water Transfer Pump is designed primarily for freshwater applications like pools, ponds, and garden use. Also, please do NOT use this product on corrosive, abrasive, flammable, or oily liquids.

• How long does the 18V battery last?

  Based on our testing, a standard 5.0AH battery provides 35 minutes of runtime. (It is recommended to use batteries with versions lower than 6.0 to ensure the battery compartment closes properly.)

• If I need to extend the pumping depth, what should I do?

  Our pump features a detachable connecting rod system, enabling you to customize the pump depth. To increase the pumping depth, you can add multiple extension rods (available Sold Separately in our store) to reach deeper water levels.

• What should I do if debris blocks the pump head?

  Please use a tool to clear the blockage to restore the suction of the pump head.

• How do the water pump Auto Timer setting work?

  1.Firstly, please press the ON/OFF Switch Button for 2 seconds until the Power Indicator Light illuminates and the pump starts working;

  2.Then press the Timer Button briefly in sequence. You can choose the needed timer: 5-min/10-min/15-min.

• Battery Powered Water Pump: (TOOL ONLY, NO BATTERY) TAIRDA cordless stick water transfer pump is compatible for official 18V batteries, such as: 48-11-1852, 48-11-1865, 48-11-1862, 48-11-1850, 48-11-1880, 48-11-1828, and etc. NO need an extension cord, just plug in your batteries on it, then start to transfer water
