The SEGUMA Level 1/2 Tesla charger comes with 2 types of charging speed, you can chose your desired one.

1. Slow Charging Mode (Level 1 charging): Using the attached NEMA 6-20 to NEMA 5-15 adapter cable, plugs into your common household outlet (NEMA 5-15 outlet), then you'll get: 120V / 12A / 1.32kW charge speed, gains about 2-5mph

2. Faster Charging Mode(Level 2 charging): Plug the NEMA 6-20 plug into your NEMA 6-20 outlet, you'll get 240V / 16A / 3.84kW charge speed, gains about 9-12 mph

Please note, the charging miles per hour (mph) data is not a fixed value and is not determined by the charger alone. It varies by Tesla model, efficiency, battery condition, and vehicle software.

SEGUMA 12A / 16A Tesla Charger – Safe Use Instructions

1. Verify the Correct Outlet Before Use:

NEMA 5-15 (120V) → Supports 12A Level 1 charging only; NEMA 6-20 (240V) → Supports 16A Level 2 charging Do NOT use adapters other than those provided by SEGUMA; Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and in good condition

2. Confirm Circuit Capacity

12A charging → 15A circuit minimum; 16A charging → 20A circuit required For older outlets, worn receptacles, or aluminum wiring, it is strongly recommended to limit charging to 12A to prevent overheating
