ATLAS 4200 lb. Winch Kit

The Champion Power Equipment ATLAS 4200 winch kit is built for the bigger machine – the UTV that goes deeper into the woods, hauls more across the property, and lands in tougher recovery situations than a smaller rig. When your tires sink in the mud, drop into a rut, or bury themselves in fresh snow, 4200 lb. of pulling capacity gives your UTV a way back to solid ground.

A 1.5 HP permanent magnet motor pairs with a 180:1 planetary gear reduction to convert 12V battery power into controlled pulling force under load. The 15/64 in. steel cable spools 38 ft. off the drum, giving you the reach to anchor against a tree, rock, or post well beyond your bumper, with a brake strength of 6750 lb. to hold under load.

Control comes from a mini-rocker switch pre-mounted to its own bracket, wired to a 250A contactor that handles the high-current switching at the battery. Two 40A fuse protectors are wired into the battery cables to guard the circuit against the current draw that builds during repeated pulls, and an included wire tap lets you tie the switch into your vehicle's power for a clean install.

An IP67 rating means the housing is sealed against dust ingress and water immersion, and a salt-fog-tested finish stands up to the corrosion that follows mud, snow, and wet trail riding. The winch is rated for operation across a broad temperature range, whether you're recovering on a frozen morning or during summer heat.
